WhoLeft is a classroom hall pass tracker available on Android, iOS, and as a web app at app.usewholeft.com.

Classroom data

Classroom data entered into WhoLeft — including student names, PINs, and activity logs — is stored locally on your device. WhoLeft does not transmit this classroom data to our servers or to third parties.

Student data

WhoLeft is designed for classroom use. Student names entered into the app are stored only on the device running the app and are never transmitted to any third party.

Purchases

WhoLeft Plus purchases are processed separately by platform. Android purchases are processed by Google Play, iOS purchases by Apple, and web purchases by Lemon Squeezy. RevenueCat helps verify mobile purchases and manage access to WhoLeft Plus. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Third party services

Our payment providers and RevenueCat may process purchase history, transaction or license identifiers, and limited technical information needed to complete purchases, verify entitlements, prevent fraud, and provide subscription analytics. This information is encrypted in transit and handled under each provider's privacy policy.
