These Terms of Service govern your use of WhoLeft and WhoLeft Plus. By using WhoLeft, you agree to these terms.

The App

WhoLeft is a classroom hall pass tracker. All data entered into the app — including student names, PINs, and activity logs — is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to any server.

WhoLeft Plus

WhoLeft Plus is a paid subscription ($9.99/year) that unlocks additional features. Purchases are made separately for each platform and are not transferable between platforms:

• Android and iOS: Purchased through the platform's app store and managed by your app store account.
• Desktop/Browser: Purchased online. A license key is issued to you by email and may be activated on up to 3 devices.

One purchase unlocks WhoLeft Plus on that platform for that device or account. Purchasing on one platform does not unlock features on another platform.

License Keys (Desktop)

License keys are issued for your personal classroom use. You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key. W/Griff Netventures reserves the right to deactivate keys that are shared or misused.

Student Data

WhoLeft is intended for use by teachers to manage classroom hall passes. Teachers are responsible for their use of the app and any student data entered. WhoLeft does not transmit or store student data externally.

Disclaimer

WhoLeft is provided as-is. W/Griff Netventures makes no warranties about the reliability or fitness of the app for any particular purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
